We would like to introduce a case study of the Mist Eliminator two-stage system implemented by E-Techno. The processing gas volume is 1160 m³/min, with a temperature of 90°C (starting at 165°C), and the target substance for removal is sodium chloride dust at a concentration of 17.24 g/m³ (dust amount of 1200 kg/h). The gas-liquid contact is achieved using brine (circulation + replenishment) for removal, with a salt recovery concentration of 200 to 260 g/L, and the designed removal rate is over 99% for particles larger than 20 μm.
